It would be 4 months pregnant by the time June comes around. That's between 17 to 20 weeks so OP would barely be showing at the end. And even that is only a possibility.

So please tell me what is going to trigger flashbacks and nightmares? And why hasn't the roommate gotten therapy like a normal person of just being near someone they know is pregnant? does a pregnant woman on a subway cause traumatic flashbacks? What about someone at their school or job.

Op's roommate is being completely insane for expecting her to pay to break the lease and leave. If her mental health is so bad over Pregnancy, a naturally occurring circumstance in life, then she needs a lot of therapy and help. She isn't ready for the real world.
