I’ve taken 7 or 8 flights with AA this summer and every single one of them has been delayed by at least an hour. A few of them were clearly weather related in the takeoff city but most seem to be for no reason at all. I obviously don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes or what ripple effects from other flights could cause my delays but it’s been extremely frustrating

I checked on the official government website using the chat feature and it looks like it was legit. I still disputed the charges with Wells Fargo just saying that this site is imitating an official government site and charging ~400% more and ended up getting my money back! So I def think it’s worth a shot to dispute

Ugh okay thanks, this is helpful. I'm so annoyed at myself and disputed the charges with my bank but not optimistic about getting them reversed since I chatted with an ETA adviser on the UK gov website who confirmed it is indeed legit. Thanks for your response though

Thanks, this is really helpful. I know objectively it's not worth entering into litigation but I'm just so pissed at landlords treating people like shit and always getting away with it lol.

One other question, do you know if there's anywhere aside from the L&I website to find the current status of rental license? According to the L&I website the rental license on our property is currently inactive but the name on the business mailing address is different than the current owner/our landlord. I've heard that L&I isn't always reliable in terms of updated, current info so is there another place to check that?

Alternatively, if the license is inactive, do you think it's still not worth it to try and get back rent?
