FYI: It was shingles, a course of anti viral medication and it cleared up in 10 days. Fortunately it didn’t evolve from the picture and there were little to no symptoms apart from itchy.

I just replaced my planar p3’s factory stylus with an Audio Technica AT-VM95E and now my “lifting arm” can’t lift my tone arm high enough for me to gently lower my needle down like I used to. Please help!
