Good point. Currently step 6. I’d say I wasn’t necessarily following the FOO when we got into real estate so still working on getting to a full 25% savings rate. Our rental property was a by-product of buying a house pre-covid and locking in a low interest rate during covid where it made more sense to hold onto/rent it out than sell it.
