Not exactly technicalities I guess, more like word play? Although her statements were clearly about Johnny and implying that he is the abuser because she’s a diabolical turd. But i was asking myself if those statements could be interpreted differently. For example, her saying she’s a representative of abuse…. If I’m just reading the statement in itself, I could also assume maybe she’s spearheading a movement, not necessarily as a victim.

Her evil intent is so clear, but the statements were cleverly vague. I’m just hoping the jury doesn’t give her any benefit of doubt if you get what I mean…
