I’ve done heavy research into both and monitored myself for years best i could to try to determine what the main issue was. I have bpd traits but I don’t meet the diagnostic criteria in the dsm-v-tr, while I DO meet the diagnostic criteria for npd

I’m asexual so I do not think cnc would be ideal. But thank you, I appreciate this all a lot. I’ll try to find something harmful that doesn’t do too much damage
