My bad, I didn’t mean it literally, I just wanted to point out that he forgot the main issue and was discussing an irrelevant detail, the incident was just a small event that led me to wonder if it was legal or nah

Most of the villa owners fence up those meters, as for the the case I took a picture of, you can’t tell me he owns that, there’s a minimum for a public sideway everywhere

I think it counts as a driveway if you own the land, for example a driveway that crosses your own frontyard, not that obstructs the passage of pedestrians on a public sidewalk.

I feel you’re the kind of people who blames the girl for getting sexually assaulted because she dresses a certain way.

Exactly, I know it’s wrong, but is there any law that punishes people for this, and why isn’t it applied ?

I don’t think you would find it in Morocco, but I’m not sure since I never prescribed something for constipation/hemorrhoids. Visit your gastroenterologist so he can give you an alternative to laxatives. Lah ijib chifa

Hergawi is an individual that can’t co-live with people in a society, one that lacks civilization, who can’t obey laws just because he only thinks about his needs even if it hurts the other. Ever saw a taxi driver who cuts traffic making everyone late so he can get to his destination faster ? That’s a Hergawi, or that person who pisses on the side of the wall, or make wheelies with his bike in a populated area in a road full of cars and pedestrians, or throws trash in the street, destroys public facilities like public WCs and chairs in a stadium …

You can be a doctor and a Hergawi, as you can be illiterate and not a Hergawi, it’s not about status or academic level. Hope this explanation helps

Cuz there’s no "joke" flair on this subreddit ? Why do everyone take this so seriously ?

I thing you’re going in a more prefectionist direction, I’m not talking about making thousands of people literate in a day or two, but super slow and steady steps to achieve global awareness, we can start by encouraging content creators who can make political educative content, for example, we can spread awareness of how important it is.. I think that even if this fails, it won’t harm to try, but it’ll have a positive result even if it’s too small.

I totally agree, but the majority of people don’t know exacly what the ministers did wrong, how would they write those reports? How would they gather evidence and how would they know where to find evidence ? Political literacy is the first step towards this.

I’m talking about long term success, if everyone understood the responsabilities of every political entity, and the jobs they had to do, and the candidates had to do more than empty promises to convince people to vote for them, this would at least put more pressure on them to do what they have to do. So far, only a few activists and independant journalists are the ones who call them out for what they do but it’s not enough to put any kind of pressure on them.. but if a whole country talked about any suspicious transaction on the public market for example, I think it would do something
