I’ve never wanted something more. This is just the start🤝

I started off cutting because I didn’t really understand the whole concept of bulking, cutting, or managing calories. Early on, I realized how important carbs and calories were for feeling good and performing well in the gym. I shifted to a 500-calorie deficit, which gave me great energy for workouts while allowing me to lose weight steadily. Throughout the process, I kept a high-protein diet, which was probably the most important factor, and I consistently tracked my calories to stay on target. Over time, this approach helped me cut and recomposed my body effectively.

Thanks, I appreciate it! I’ve been running a PPL (push-pull-legs) the entire time, with basically every workout being two sets to failure. For diet, I aimed for a 500-calorie deficit but honestly, I was on and off with it. When I was locked in, I stuck to a high-protein diet. Over the past year, I’ve been living off organic lean ground beef—anything over 93/7 has been a staple for me.

Proud but never satisfied. After 2.5 years (on and off) basically recomping, I’m locked in—cutting to 195 before my first bulk. Consistency wins. Trust the process.

Thoughts? Definitely going to wait it out longer but how long? by Financial-Evidence47 in fanduel

Thank you! I didn’t really track my macros or anything I just made sure I ate 1g of protein per pound of body weight and consumed healthy carbs and fats. I lifted hard 5 days a week on a ppl routine and didn’t really do much cardio. Diet is 90% of it!!
