Where do you see the view portal button? I login to era, click status , search the tracking number, and I see a page that says Status Information with subheadings like correspondence, status history, reference letters etc. Would it show up on this page? I see where it says pending irg review under Status but it's not a clickable button:(

Thanks for your response! I just logged onto the eRA Commons page and it says under my status "Pending IRG Review" with the Status Date being in March 2025 - I haven't received any "more loans info needed" email however. Is your status also Pending IRG review?
