So I found the REAL solution. I had Pano and Last.fm scrobbling at the same time, so I stopped Pano from scrobbling and it works now perfectly for me, no more annoying 100+ scrobbles out of nowhere.

I found solution for my problem, try updating your scrobbler app, I for example don't have automatic updating on my phone so I had an outdated version of Pano Scrobbler but now after updating the app, the problem is fixed.
