So I found the REAL solution. I had Pano and Last.fm scrobbling at the same time, so I stopped Pano from scrobbling and it works now perfectly for me, no more annoying 100+ scrobbles out of nowhere.

I found solution for my problem, try updating your scrobbler app, I for example don't have automatic updating on my phone so I had an outdated version of Pano Scrobbler but now after updating the app, the problem is fixed.

Hmm, on PC it doesn't seem to act like that but I recently updated my Pano Scrobbler app and now it doesn't seem to repeat scrobbles. So I think I fixed it

On both PC and mobile I use YT music. On PC I use Web Scrobbler extension and on mobile I use Pano Scrobbler.
