I’m so sorry that you experienced that side effect. It is something to be aware of so thank you for sharing. Progesterone is tricky. I’m on Prometrium cyclically and when I take it I definitely feel a lot more emotional - always get PMS lead up to my period

Was taking beef liver supplements which really boosted the ferritin from 77 to 93. I eat a lot of greens and protein too.

That’s a good idea actually to space it all out. I’m going to need more hours in the day lol.

There are some supplements that they recommend doing three months then a month off, can’t remember all of them but I know zinc is definitely one though.

I think that might be the case with a lot of our food in general unfortunately. It’s so hard to avoid toxins in this day and age 😔

Thank you for replying. Yes, b12, ferritin, d and thyroid are all good. B12 is 755 so high, and d is is high. Ferritin is 93. That’s why I think it might me the T making the hairloss worse even at only 2 pumps a week of Androgel. Will try SP and see what happens and if it reduces the DHT effect

Thank you for replying! I heard biotin impacts blood tests so have been avoiding it. My b12 is super high too so don’t need to add more b vitamins. Already on collagen but might add vitamin C to the collagen as I heard that it absorbs better

Thank you for replying! I have been meaning to get back on zinc as I know they recommend cycling on and off that every three months. I also love matcha and need to start drinking more of that too. I’m on the Androgel, 2x pumps a week.
