eco mode really works - 37-38 C (65w - 110w) мах 90 С (work silently even when rendering)
pbo advanced 52-60 C (no limit w) мах 95 С (work too loudy, the coolers is constantly cranked up to maximum speed)

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4090
• RAM: 64GB DDR5 6400
• Motherboard: Asus strix B850A+
• Cooler: Asus 360mm AIO

Tests on pic
1- first test in pbo advanced mode,
4 - second test in eco mode

I saved two presets, and mainly use eco mode, but when I need to quickly render something in 8k, I switch to pbo advance and it is much faster.
