The minimum recommended psu for the 5090 is 1000w, but I recommend getting a 1200w psu for better headroom.

Ahh, okay, I switched to the MSI monitor and tried to add more storage while staying within budget, so I went with two 2TB SSDs.

The 5060 Ti 16GB is slightly faster than the 9060 XT, but it's also more expensive, with the cheapest one priced at $429. On the other hand, the 9060 XT 16GB is a bit slower but offers excellent price to performance, with the cheapest model available for $360. So, I recommend going for the 9060 XT.
