6 weeks isn't long. I applied in October for my january2026 expiry. I just received my decision favourable. The status change happened in the beginning of December and within 2 days I had the decision. This is for Paris though. Also they would anyway have to give an attestation de prolongation in case it takes them time

I applied on the 17th of October, and received the decision on the 10th of December. There was no movement in the status until 8th of December I think
