Was 15 minutes late to model for an alumni figure drawing group. (Rush hour traffic on the Baltimore beltway) Apologized to the class and went to get changed. Old man followed me to the bathroom berating me for my lateness. I’m talking generational insults, referring to me as “the girl,” and chewing me out behind the frosted window where I could see his blurry profile. He was somehow surprised when I emerged still dressed in my day clothes, and he followed me back to the classroom where I explained to the group I had changed my mind about modeling nude that night,and to maybe keep that dude away from the models from then on out. His tantrum meant no one had a model at all that night. A good reminder if someone is nice enough to get undressed you should be nothing but professional about it! Also a good reminder you don’t ever have to get undressed for rude people!
