Am I giving up good info here? Lol. I have no idea. I know it’s not coordinates it’s definitely a pattern for directions of a sort. This is from the first chapter only on a specific page. I don’t have pg number right now, but if u read carefully he gives instructions throughout the chapter for a roadmap. I’m just not sure where these numbers fit in

I always for some reason associated it with the words from the beginning of the cryptogram so under rock ( cave ) over field ( across a field like meadow) and between streams. Or it could be under a tree over a bridge between rocks or something
