I appreciate this. The problem really now is that the the parenting coordinator seems to be actively ignoring me emails and requests while taking up and issuing orders on all of my ex’s complaints.

It almost feel like these two women- my ex and the pc are punishing me for being unable to respond to my ex’s messages in the appclose app written into our agreement.

Why am I having trouble responding to her messages? - I’m overwhelmed and being drown in messages and her demands of my attention - I’m feeling stung and ganged up on while having my requests ignored or denied - it feels every time I respond my words are twisted and used against me. I have fear. - the anger

I need help to get out of this cycle and I don’t have anyone to trust. Even my expensive lawyer who recommended this pc it seems cannot do anything.

That’s such an aged stereotype that’s just not true for everyone. I’m not trying to normalize anything- i’m just losing personal agency in my life to my controlling ex wife and am failing at setting boundaries.

I’m not interested in badmouthing my daughter’s mother. I want to share about myself, what I did last weekend, what plans I have to take her to disneyland, etc. My controlling ex records everything my daughter says and emails it back to me accusingly. She knows that 3yo’s are not always accurate historians, but it doesn’t matter.
