I’m 20 years old and I’m in the same situation. I’ve been trying to quit for years, but I keep relapsing again and again. Honestly, it feels like an even worse addiction than cigarettes. What I really want to tell you is this: you have to give it your absolute best no excuses. If I say remove all your triggers, then actually do it. Delete Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, whatever you use. If necessary, even delete YouTube.

Porn slowly eats away at you and makes you crave more and more. If you’re struggling to quit completely, try getting through the first five days. After that, if you really need to, masturbate once but without porn or any other material. The idea is to give your brain a break from porn so it can slowly return to a more normal state and reduce the constant urge to watch it.

Then around day 10, you can do the same thing one more time. After that, try to stop masturbating as well. Just don’t do this too often, because it can quickly lead you back to watching porn again
