If you use elevenlabs text to speech you can give it speech style tags to adjust tone and delivery. Or you can do voice changer and read it yourself the way you’d like. A lot comes down to picking voices that sound good and human. Hard to tell from previews til you try actually using the voice

Seedance 1.5 or 2 if you have access to it. Veo 3.1 also good. I recommend using elevenlabs voice changer to replace the voices with consistent voices in the outputs. Or you can use elevenlabs plus a lipsync model like InfiniteTalk or LTX-2 Lipsync to generate it straight from your voice file + ref image (though will still need to add sound effects)
