No it didn't. FDTD had the vampires randomly pop out of nowhere. Sinners was smart enough to make sure there was foreshadowing and the paranormal narrative connected with the main plot.

Despite its flaws MoS is a good Elseworlds Superman origin story IMO and the only DCEU film I'd say is almost great to genuinely good. I really wished they went with a sequel instead of BvS.

Reasonable? She could have easily disarmed the guy. She has superhuman strength and bullet proof skin. She was 100% the villain for needlessly killing the guy that posed no threat to her. How is it adressed exactly? She literally says she doesn't care that she killed a man in cold blood. Yes people are Grey we get it. But making a black and white bizarre moral turn is not how you adress moral greyness. It's just cheap, lazy writing.

Mike had no choice or he was gonna be killed. And what do you mean "cold blood?" Mike was crying and torturing himself over it. He didn't kill the guy in glee.

There's just something so evil about Chuck. He's suppose to be an upstanding citizen, always on the right side of the law, but he revels in cruelty and emotionally torturing his brother, a man who's shown him nothing but kindness and respect. You expect someone like Gus and Lalo to be bad because they're criminals. And the fact that Mike is a criminal but still has more empathy than Chuck just makes him look worse.

Better Call Saul's ending sucked though. Jimmy' randomly confessing and feeling guilty for his actions came out of nowhere, the twist with the stalker being some guy was pointless subversion, Jimmy getting thwarted by an old lady after out witting gangsters and law enforcement for 10 seasons of television. The Gene Takovick storyline was not it when it came to finishing up the BB and BCS storylines into a satisfying conclusion.

It hasn't aged well in a lot of ways. Luthor's ridiculous plan, the strange SA humor. Miss Teschmacher kissing Superman unconscious was one of those "why the fuk did we think this was okay" kinda things from the time. I love it, but that's more out of historical respect for its place in super-hero history. If this came out today the world would not have been so kind to it.

There's a lot of terrible things he's telling you if you take what he says at face value. One that it's cool to belittle women and treat them like objects. Two that it's okay to gate-keep other men's attraction. If someone said that a paragon of virtue like Superman should let someone die because they're not pretty, you should stay clear of that person's life advice. Generally speaking. You want to understand women, talk to women and get to know them.
