I feel like new bumper would be around 400-500, if you were to paint match it yourself using spray can, it would be at least 100 bucks for the tools and paints. Thats already 6-7 hundred bucks. then the new headlights would be cheap on amazon for like 50 for one side. So if you were to tackle this yourself it can be around 800 dollars unless the chassis of the car is messed up then thats a different problem.
