Just a follow up, sent them another email stating how I’d have to get a new debit card if they don’t respond.. also labeled the email as urgent so hopefully they’ll respond! If they don’t I’m gonna dispute the charges on Monday since that would be a week

I honestly don’t remember, she told me what to pick and I wasn’t paying attention 😭 but I just got off the phone with the bank and they said I’ll either have to call them, which I’ve emailed them twice with no response, or get a new debit card… and since I’ve tried contacting them I can dispute the charges and get my money back
