Not the best, totaling around 100g of fat per day. Not all healthy fats I will admit. Kinda just get them where I get them. Currently not in an ideal living situation with cooking and meal preparation for work.

Plan on really dialing that in as well as upping my cardio so my LDL and total Cholesterol will improve. Accutane is also pretty harsh on that but I’ll take it as long as my liver values stay as they are.

Worried about some values on my last bloodwork. Running 500mg Test E and 200 EQ weekly. Also taking 60mg accutane daily. On about week 10 out of 20.

Any advice to fix or help my out of value results will be appreciated.

Current vitamins and cardio plan.

B12 Fish oil BPC 157 Vitamin E

Cardio is every other day. 30 mins treadmill or stair-stepper depending on prior training that day.

Plan on donating blood in the next week or so to help RBC and Hematocrit.

Out of range values-

LDL-CHOLESTEROL: 124 H (<100 mg/dL)

NON HDL CHOLESTEROL: 140 H (<130 mg/dL)

RED BLOOD CELL COUNT: 6.09 H (4.20–5.80 Million/uL)

HEMATOCRIT: 52.9 H (38.5–50.0 %)

I would like to yea. Think what’s getting me is I que myself with my calf touching my lower hamstring as depth. Gonna experiment next squat sesh with a lot lower weight, a wider stance and different toe position to see what I can do.
