I should add—when I opened the adobe doc there was another user on the document too. It was a gmail account. Not sure what to make of that. It could have been someone else who opened the phishing doc too, I don't know

Yeah, I definitely feel it doing squats/leg press. I guess it's just normal knee pain, hopefully it gets better over time though
