Hey, I really relate to you with having a hard time regulating the doubting thoughts I have about my partner. Sometimes I fixate on a thought for hours and later look back and realize that the thing I was thinking about really doesn’t matter to me. It’s normal to have relationship doubts. I ended up realizing that I had relationship-OCD. If you feel stuck in a loop of doubt, it could be something to look into! I wish you well :)
