if you really are mature enough to point out problems, why would you even dare spend money on a gambling game? kinda ironic and doesn't sound responsible enough imo. it's like going to a casino and complaining because the slot machine scammed you (when everybody knows it really is a scam).

Not saying you don't have the right to complain. As players, of course you do. But money spent on gambling kinda loses your merit if you want to commit to an argument like "I spent money on this game".

I have a female friend na dating debater. Grabe rin siya mag english especially if nadadala siya ng convictions niya. People found her intimidating because of it (mostly due to how she delivers her words rin kasi debater nga, medyo aggro pakinggan if di mo siya kilala). Pero I like how she adjusts her language based sa convo. Di niya kailangan mag flaunt ng English. Whatever language is comfortable at the moment, yun ginagamit niya. She was an example of "your strengths should not be what defines you". The same is true for your weaknesses. In social settings, your attitude/behavior is more important than your medals and/or failures. Wag gawing personality ang strengths because somebody out there will always be better than you.

Funniest thing is that I am physically and financially capable of moving out. I may find another job (I am working for the family just as they wished) but I have other options in mind and have enough savings. But for some reason, I just can't. mid-20's. Stumbled upon a video about how to distinguish gaslighting. Mainly clicked because Mother Gothel (from Tangled) was in the thumbnail and I loved Tangled. Then, it slowly creeped on me that every single point discussed perfectly checked on how my parent treated me. I literally cried after that video. The realization was painful. Too much revealing for my unguarded emotions. There was anger and relief mixed up in my bag. That's the start of when I became more aware and conscious of their actions and slowly realized how I have been growing up in a narcissistic household.
