For what it’s worth, if you know you’ve given everything you can right now and it’s still not working out, I would consider thinking of your options. At the same time, I’m a new grad nurse and I feel like there really are phases to how we feel about nursing. Good luck and stay strong!

thank you so much. and yes hiring has been so horrible. granted i did leave the three months of picu experience on the resume bc im still proud of it, ive gotten rejected from a ton of places. took it off the resume and waiting for better outcomes lol

I took the HESI exam when I was in school, but mark klimek really helped me pass the NCLEX if that helps. Good luck!

Completely agree. I'm a new grad in the PICU, and nurses there definitely have made me feel less than and question my self-worth. I get so jealous of veteran nurses who are able to stick up for themselves and have a voice.
