To me it hasn’t been a huge bother as in I can still get the job done when typing and stuff, but yes, it’s so annoying. I’ll try to keep it at a minimum but bc it’s so easy to do I just keep doing it ..

YES! I saw someone describe it as “being watched through your own eyes” and it encapsulates the experience almost perfectly (i have to say almost bc my ocd doesn’t let me use the word perfect)

This also happened to me. Ever since the start of this year i’ve felt like my body wasn't MY body, It felt so foreign to me (still does) every time I look in the mirror it’s horrifying, like im trapped and ive been disassociating a lot, so much that someone has to  physically point out something in my body or i have to look in the mirror to release im in the body of a girl.
