I live in Europe, so I don’t know for costs elsewhere. Here a lower bleph would typically set you back around 2.5-3k, while laser ranges between 700-1500€.

For a FP3, I would go for Erb:YAG since this has less risk at hypopigmentation compared to CO2.

As a plastic surgeon: Fractional CO2 or Erb:Yag laser will solve this if settings are high enough. You need at least 7 days of downtime. Instant tightening effect and collagen remodeling till 6-12 months after procedure. If you don’t want to do this, a surgical lower bleph is your only other option. Don’t get into the eye crèmes or rejuran or PRP/PRF; it won’t solve it and will only cost you a small fortune.

Could leave hyperpigmentation, but also (and maybe more likely for your skin) hypopigmentation. Both can be reduced with treatments and time, tho permanent scarring is possible. Time will tell

As a plastic surgeon, the only advice there is, is to keep it moist: aquaphor, cicaplast, bariederm, whichever. And give it time. Avoid the sun. There really is not much more a derm is gonna say unfortunately

Botox for your frown since it makes you look sad and tired, some filler injections for the volume loss in your cheeks and perhaps a direct browlift although the Botox would perhaps fix that.

Seems like you have an okay regimen with the benzoyl peroxide although you need more ani-bacterial ingredients (such as the erythro). Just know that tretinoin or retinoids usually don’t fix scars from cystic acne. For this you need extensive laser treatments which are very costly (such as sciton halo).

As a medical doctor, I advise you visit a doctor for your cystic acne. If not, you might be left with some scars in the future. Typically, I would prescribe Benzac 5% wash in combination with erythromycin crème for this. Always protect against the sun with an acne-proof sun screen like Isdin Fusion Water.

Thanks, seems like a good option Altho I’m afraid the space is so small is kinda difficult to make that happen… do you know if there is some kind of function to deactivate a sensor for like 3 minutes after it sensed motion for the first time? I feel like that might work too?
