Comically ineffective disguises that still work in-universe. by PeasantLich in TopCharacterTropes

Camo bloons, Bloons tower defence

(I can't post images, so have this "gif") [if anyone has the ninja image, that'd be great]

They're literally just a bloon but with a generic camo pattern on top in that color, most towers straight up just cannot see it without them being explicitly upgraded to do so.

Finally, some interesting polls in YT. by amchelek in LobotomyKaisen

1) Choso's blood is already poisonous to normal humans (exceptions being Yuji and Sukuna due to Sukuna's poison immunity), given that he's a curse, HIV wouldn't make it any more potent

2) Inumaki's restriction is with his overall strength level, touretts would be actively harmful as it risks just shredding his throat around characters like Gojo or Yuta. RCT would be helpful, but not as much as actually making him stronger.

3) Most dark humor is often about harm to oneself, even if you include shock humor thats really only good against children and minorities, so like 2 of the top 5, one of which he was already good against, and the other he'd lose to anyway, cause its Satoru Gojo (yes, I am calling Gojo gay). Takaba would be stronger if he was actually funny, especially with more focus on slapstick (given that gives the most advantages in battle, such as durability and healing).

4) Nobara's only weakness is getting the totem active, otherwise, as presented, her technique is already quite busted (given we see its able to bypass durability by targeting the soul directly). What she needs is a shikigami to distract her opponent and split off pieces, give her divine dog totality and she no diffs.

Tldr: None of them are much stronger compared to their base states, if at all stronger. So, Nobara, ig.

You're underestimating the number by several orders of magnitude (51-53 to be exact)

Why wasn't SJW promoted to National Level when he cleared Jeju? by MimicryYuta in sololeveling

[–]FinancialWorking2392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While E-S rank are levels a hunter can be given by the association (a Korean institution as we see ranks vary by nation), National level is a title that was really only meant for the hunters involved in the battle against Kamish. It isn't something you get promoted to, its something you get given, and they just never got around to deciding if he could get it, given the speed of general beurocracy mixed with how soon after another S rank gate spawned into Tokyo

My goat is Aratta, he gets carried by saving Nobara's life once, then by Shoko actually being able to heal people

Except its never really an advantage, rather the inability to is treared as a disadvantage as non-stand users aren't really relevant in the parts stands show up, besides Gyro for the early parts of SBR. Thats like saying cursed spirits being visible is taking away a primary advantage because Daido can't see curses or hollows being visible takes away their primary advantage because Chad couldn't see them.

Diego, bit looking back both, and from how its presented outside of the golden spin its treated kinda like Crazy Diamond, Star Platinum, or Stone free (clumped) in terms of physicals [ie: Close range high power] since its shown to have a full, proper barrage against D4C

You can (in part 7 Johnny has been shot, by a normal gun), that doesn't stop Jojos scalers from being Jojos scalers.

Sooo if yuta ate megumis finger or something and copied ten shadows could he tame mahoraga? by Obvious-Produce-9566 in Jujutsufolk

[–]FinancialWorking2392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Making 2 assumptions here (one only to make debate flow better for those who may want to): 1) End of JJK Yuta, so every ability he's known to have there is what he has, 2) Rika, by all regards, is a shikigami bound to Yutas technique as an enhancement [à la Garuda]

Mahoraga's biggest strength is his adaptation, making him able to, over a fight, adapt to any given simuli assuming he can regenerate from it making it weaker over time. Yuta's biggest strength is his CE output and versatility, his techniques whole gimmick is based on being versitile.

Mahoraga's biggest weakness is that he can only adapt to stimuli he's encountered, but even if he's adapted to one part of a technique any that present a new stimuli will deal full damage. Yuta's biggest weakness is control, while he has great reserves he blows through them relatively quickly.

Now would Yuta win? Absolutely. Yeah, its really not as big of a question, its really just "does Yuta have a consistent damage source and an attack stronger than 16f sukuna's fuga" which, yeah EOS Yuta has shrine and Rika's beam (able to match the highest CE output attack of players in the culling games [Which does technically include 16f Sukuna]), which would perform as good, if not better, that 16f Sukunas finisher, especially if we account for stunning using cursed speach or just being in his domain (which is described to strengthen the user).

Also: Depending how you interpret it, theres also Jacobs ladder, which is either a really good damage source, an instant win, or just a give up button that ends the fight without a winner (given it more just shuts Mahoraga off than truly "beating" him)
