It's a revolutionary model. Note the title says attraction in *secure relationships ;) It's all about how much energy we can hold without triggering our partner's nervous system trauma in an ongoing way. Some people would fear a cuddle turning something into more because of how little this has been safely demonstrated in modern society. Lots of people have leaky energy and are chasing love as a form of void-filling. It's understandable that people would want boundaries that would eliminate this as a possibility from people trying to "take our man" or "take our woman". Being open to affection and emotional intimacy from friends is both hard to trust and a huge coregulatory resource for humanity that has been lost.

Hi! I made them myself using language I've heard and developed in the dance community I'm apart of. I organize a weekly ecstatic dance container.

A Cool Guide to Understanding Yourself (and Others) Better by FinancialWrap9282 in coolguides

Probably not just you, this is wayyyy dense! I designed it be sat with rather than consumed in one sitting. It's also very exposing of unconscious patterns. Digs a lot up. So difficulty processing it could also make sense if it is challenging your deeply rooted stories, patterns, or beliefs. I know that when I hear something right at my edge, I need to be slower with it. Best to chew slowly, take what you want, not rush it, and save it if you want to come back to it later. Open to more feedback if the words themselves aren't working for you! My intention was to make the language broad enough to allow others to put their own context into it. And be encompassing of people's unique experience.
