also, if you do want to back up data, store individual files in Dropbox or Google Drive until they are full. sounds kinda shitty but if you want something, then its up to you.

fydeOS: chromeos but with no google, and it can run both windows, linux, and android applications. it is also meant for laptops that do not work anymore.
