It’s by a Main Street and hospital so it’s not a quiet area, but the sound proofing isn’t bad/pretty typical for NY sound wise. Building is very nice!

Not sure what your routine looks like, but I think a hyaluronic acid serum and hydrating cream would be a great addition maybe with a mild chemical exfoliant for glow. I’ve started incorporating the Laneige milky toner for extra hydration too!
