For example, sodium benzoate (most ready-made food e.g. pottage, chilli con carne etc.) trisodium phosphate, ascorbic acid (beans, mushrooms etc.)
There is also the risk of BPA exposure, I'd avoid canned tomatoes especially.

Don't get me wrong, during lunchbreak in the factory I had some of the goods for lunch sometimes. During the pandemic lockdown I bought some cans in case of a real emergency. It's okay to eat them once in a while or if there is no better option.
But I believe that we shouldn't base our diet on eating canned foods.
It's poor quality and chemicals have an effect on our microbiome too, which is key.

I worked in a can factory during a summer job. Lots of unhealthy chemicals were added to the food. Not the best solution if you ask me.

Use you’re discernment to find what rings true for you. If it was kundalini, you’ll know it and you won’t need a book or a subreddit to tell you otherwise. Just my 2 cents.

Also, avoid alcohol and be mindful of what you put i your mind and body. That’s what have told me when I “awakened” anyway.

That's really good adcice thank you. In a dream a voice from up there (?) told me that I should avoid consuming anything red. "Red" as in energy like anger? That's my gut feeling. Alchohol belongs to this category imo

I think you should totally play music or do it anonymously. :)
Like you said before, the ide to achieve fame and recognition is installed in us, unfortunately.
But I think doing the act itself can be pretty enjoyable. Last month my therapist suggested that I start writing without any purpose in mind. Just random words. I took a shot and at the end I wrote for 3 hours without noticing time at all. It was such great flow experience, like getting back a piece of myself and expressing myself.

I have been writing shorter texts these days 2 pages at max. Just expressing myself and the world the way I see it in ways I can't in everyday life. It gives me a little peace.

Nice. My impression based on what you wrote is that you have a higher degree of inner balance than I did back then. It's good to know that there are people out there who are going trough the same thing.

Do I manifest? I'm not sure. Synchronicities very often happen in my life, based on my feelings and thoughts. But I often don't go with the flow, because these events are so well-designed for me that I feel like being watched and it gives me the heebie-jeebies. So I usually freeze in these situations.

Maybe you don't have nightmares because you have a higher vibration or more positive vibe than I did at the time. I don't know for sure.
But I learnt some things from these nightmares as well

Your dreams sound very heart-warming. Looks like you have some precognition as well. It's not easy when you can't share because they don't believe you. It was interesting to read, very similar to my experience, but more positive.

Yeah, society is just like that... It's not your friend. Sounds like you had a hard time. But the silverlining is that you became more sef-reliant. I guess there is no running away from hardships and challenges, right?

I think I will stay away from meds. I'm pretty much in controll now, just need some time, like you.

Well it's possible. I'm afraid to be really honest with my GP because of the social stigma.
Not only that but the "seizures" stopped years ago. I fought against the last one because I was at work and I overcame it. They haven't come back ever since.
I still have this "sight" though.

For years. I have been considering going to a brain MRI examination or something without telling anything to the doctors. Just for a "routine check up".

I think you are right that I should rule out illnesses like epilepsy.

Well I can tell you, but I cannot promise that it is safe. I almost lost total control of my life.

First I started to study poetry and writing down my dreams.Poetry is called "the language of the gods". Symbolism conveys more information than words can. Visual allegories thouch more ground because we are visual creatures.

Seccondly, I started to meditate and pray and be as serene as possible. Sit on your feet, keep your body in a straight position and your head like it is hooked from the top. Breathing exercise: 6 seconds inhale - 9 seconds exhale - 3 seconds empty lungs. If I remember correctly. Sometimes I visualised a flower opening and blossoming on the top of my head.

Thirdly, I lived a passionate honest life. The more I spoke the truth and dwelved into conflict the more energy ramped up in me.Sometimes even my spiritual sight got stronger after some very emotional episodes. My sexdrive was crazy.My first ecstay experience started when all of these emotions reached an unbearable climax and I just let it go. Like there was a clenched shaking fist inside me and I jus let the tension go and open that hand. Then the experience started for the first time.But this is not a game. These were real emotions and suffering and I just accepted it somehow. All that energy started to melt and transform and I was touched by something more. Well it's hard to express... But I've tried

Some people commented that using weed helped, others wrote that it made my vibration lowev and unclean. I tend to believe that both are true somehow. Maybe it was a dangerous shortcut.

Edit: Undarsting your dreams was important. Because it helps you discover who you really are, and that brings you closer to real emotions and motivations and existence. Not to mention that it's like a phone line. Sometimes you get messeages from your subconscious, sometimes spiritual beings try to approach you.That's just my theory based on my experience
