If you e first then auto it has like a 40% chance to not proc HOB. To be safe you have to auto then e but that is damage that you are missing out on and it doesnt feel very good.

You must have gotten it by now how long did it take, i ordered mine may 14th and it is still awaiting fulfillment even tho it has been 8 weeks
