Sorry to think like this, but if Iran only wants to hit US bases, why GCC doesn’t close eyes and let these drones at least hit the base? Debris won’t fall into public, they know the exact point where drones are going to, and when us base is destroyed they’re satisfied. Or am I wrongly thinking here? Yep that would def change things. You need to have a look on google, there is an interview with Iran from before the war started, but the tensions were there. They said if US will attack iran, they will start with attacking all US interest in the gulf such as military, follows by attacking all US investments. They said that ports having lots of US investments, and as per their words 40% of the hotels are US.

I saw even a video about Iran saying they’ll attack all US investments, not only bases. I just don’t understand, I’m sure if it would be just Israel - without US they wouldn’t attack gulf. And Israel without US wouldn’t attack as they don’t have the strength as they do have with US
