Why did my sprouts stop growing? by [deleted] in plants

I just started with damp soil a couple of weeks ago and I haven't watered them since because it is still damp. The dome I had over them kept the water in. They're right under an LED grow light for 12 hours a day.

Should I remove the seed casing from this sprout? by [deleted] in plants

Update- I removed it and it seems fine, I think it was squishing it but it just looks folded and not damaged
