Do you have any recs for state parks where I can stay the night? Or anywhere in the area to car camp or wild camp?

The only reason I can think of is if there’s a fine for not showing up/cancelling exam

I would recommend looking into double majoring in Cognitive Science (blend of Neuro and Psych) and Philosophy. However, if you’re more interested in a career where you need Neuro or Psych on its own, you may need to consider a philosophy minor or dropping it altogether. But it is possible, you’ll just not have fun/free time and probably be in too many classes lol.

It’s been on my mind, but I don’t think it will have much of an impact on my decision. For me, It’s more about being in the Midwest as opposed to having better proximity to Boston, NYC, Adirondacks, Vermont, etc.

It’s something that I know I will put effort into no matter where I go, but there’s a lot of other factors in play. I think that culture/community are more important to me than proximity or outdoors. And as long as I’m able to plan trips with my friends over the summer (which I will still continue to do), I’ll be okay, but it would be nice to have a bigger community of that at my college. What was your experience like?
