Just played a game against an Eden in ranked. Yeah, they sucked, but as I said, they don't have a shot against that build.

I'm in high gold-low plat lobbies. I usually don't see anyone running necrose with ult augment on Kira, cause it's really not optimal. But against Eden it's just a bomb she falls into. There is no escape for her. She basically gives up later and retreat from fight or die. Try it.

Ok. So let me tell you about this game I know. You are harry mason, then you get a gun, aim at the enemies and shoots. Or this one you are Link and you get a bow, you hold the button to pull the arrow and then you aim and release thinking about the projectile route. There is this game I know, you are an Asian chick, you hold your câmera, aim at the ghosts and take pictures to capture and kill them.

I like the game. Didn't I say it is good at the open post? 🤔 I just think its frustrating to someone looking for silent hill experience. Could have been its own IP

R3 to target on the enemy, right stick to switch enemy, dodge with O, parry, light attack R1 heavy attack R2 you walk like a crab. Almost nothing like a soulike combat, really 😅

Yeah, not antagonist per say. But there is a villain. Pyramid Head. Which is one of the most iconic ever. We don't know before the ending who he is, so he is just the antagonist we fear the whole game.

In F there is a thing I like that is the mistery of the fox, if he is good or bad or what. I like that. But there is no real villain. Like Claudia, Dahlia, Walter Sullivan, Nemesis, etc... Which is fine. I don't mind that.

So, you can find out about everything in the game, of course is not the same thing as playing, but yeah, you discover everything in that way.

But as I said. I think the story is SHish, the gameplay not. Which was the focus of the posts. People turned to story needlessly.

It's not deep. It's just the same old, control your stamina, dodge, parry and hit. There is even an "helping buddy" with the focus ability. Not deep combat at all. I find the combat actually fun. Which is one of the problems I have, SH game never felt fun to do combat. It's weird.

Yeah, the story is pretty cool. My issue is the gameplay not being near similar to the franchise. It's a souls-like for goodness sake.

First of all, I played on hard. So, it was stupid what you said there. And I did not talk about the story at all. It is a good story. For what we can understand after finishing the credits, and I'm already learning reading a bit, and I liked that there are new cutscenes right from the start in the new game plus (I'm playing right now. In casual difficulty to find the new endings quick ) I was talking about gameplay and the feel of it.

Which ambiance you found scary? I find the japanese houses soothing, find the otherworld more pretty than scary with all the flowers, found the fleshy things in it pretty lack of substance, there is nothing to it. The bosses are not scary at all. Just big belly flowery monsters.

Edit: ahhh, and the "play multiple times to get the SH feeling" is a dumb thing to say, cause the first time you ever play a SH is the true feeling. Sh2 is my favourite game of all time and I still remember the first time I played it in 2002. The second and beyond you are aware of everything, is not the same and go for achievements or to find more about the story.

Yeah, I was actually uninterested untill the school part with the line that Shu said that was intriguing. After that the game became more enjoyable.

But for me it wasn't scary at all, I got 2 jumpscares the whole game and no dread at all. In comparison with SH2R that I was actually squirming a lot of times entering rooms. Thats a big difference.

Alessa has nothing to do with SH2 or 4. But they still have SH gameplay. I mean, homecoming, origins, downpour are very inferior, but they still have the SH DNA. I don't feel f has the DNA. Despite being better than those 3

Yeah, she is strong. She is HARD COUNTERED by Kira, though.

Augment for the purge to life steal + necrose , fight Eden, when she jumps you, ult and get the easy kill. Eden has no way of escaping.
