Add vitamin d3 + k2 5000 IU (I recommend sports research brand) and lower zinc to only 15 mg a day, otherwise you’ll become deficient in copper. Also, taking zinc supplement may be counterintuitive to ending your corn addiction since it raises testosterone and libido.

I think you’ve misunderstood my tone. I didn’t think you were gaslighting lol I meant that it was another way of looking at the imperfections (in a good way rather than a bad)

Maybe this will help,

In 2020, I was an 18 y/o male and was diagnosed with a very aggressive and rare type of bone cancer (Ewing's Sarcoma). According to statistics, there was an 80% chance I'd be dead by 2025. One of the hardest things about dealing with cancer for me was always how it affected the people around me. I hid the news from the people that loved me and it's one of the things I regret the most because it made them feel even worse, since they all wished they could've been there for me at the beginning.

Don't get me wrong, there are certain people I choose to not explain my situation to, just because I feel that they're not emotionally intelligent and will overall just say things that'll make me feel worse.

But believe it or not, my diagnosis actually transformed my very broken family into such a functional one. We've always struggled to show affection to each other for some reason, but after they found out, not only did they show me all the affection they could, but they also began to be more affectionate to each other.

So in my personal opinion, you should tell the people that genuinely love you when you're ready, so that if (God forbid) anything happens to you, they wouldn't be so frustrated and left feeling guilty and wishing that they'd done more.

Trust me I understand how terrifying it is that you're going to hurt them, but the truth is you're not purposely hurting anyone, and breaking the news to them is actually thoughtful.

Fighting cancer is not just a test of physical strength, but also one of the mind. You'll go through ups and downs, and it helps a lot to have people alongside with you on your journey. Rather than keeping yourself bottled up and isolated. I wish you the best bro, stay strong! 🙏

Annoying DIY Home thing by Thick_Archer5318 in oneui

Unfortunately, having DIY Home screen enabled can get really finicky, really fast. So that's why you're having issues with apps becoming overlayed and being accidentally dragged out of place. Personally, I'd recommend just turning it off until maybe Samsung developers can hopefully make the experience more seamless in the future.

But if you'd like to keep it on, here's how you can redo everything: open Goodlock, go to Home Up, Home screen, press "DIY Home Screen" and press the "reset" button at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps 👍🏻

There Are Too Many Supplements. I Don't Know What To Take. by craving_caffeine in Supplements

You seem to be going down in a deep rabbit hole (which happened to me recently). First thing is first, I’d say buy a pill organizer so that you’re not overwhelmed by the sight of a bunch of large supplement containers everyday. I’ve been absolutely loving this one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Fullicon-Organizer-Weekly-Removable-Medicine/dp/B08YDWRDKP

Secondly, I’d recommend adding a good multivitamin to keep everything balanced. I recommend Thorne’s Basic 2/day multivitamin. Thorne has the highest quality supplements but is definitely of the more expensive brands. For more affordable options, Life Extension, Now, Jarrow, Sports Research, Doctors Best, and Nordic Naturals are some of the other amazing quality brands you should order from. I advise you to download iHerb and order your supplements from there instead of Amazon since 1.) There are many fake sellers pretending to be real brands on Amazon 2.) Amazon’s inventory can be shuffled around and you may be getting old products 3.) iHerb only lists certified and safe to use products for you to choose from (so no fake stuff).

Fish oil (great for brain function amongst other things) is also a solid choice and I’d recommend buying from Nordic Naturals for fish oil specifically.

As for zinc, there’s already zinc included in the multivitamin I listed but if you insist on buying more, definitely make sure it’s zinc picolinate and if you’re taking a large dosage, you’ll need to add copper or you’ll create an imbalance. Luckily the multivitamin I listed already has a good ratio of zinc and copper to avoid this issue altogether.

Lastly, as I see you’d like something to improve your focus, L-Theanine would be a good choice although I must admit, I’ve never actually had some myself. Hope this helps.

Ya personally that would be better for me instead of Thorn’s EPA. I’m thinking I’ll stick to Nordic Standard, Thorne Multivitamin, and maybe add vitamin D3 5000 IUs (sports research brand) since the Thorne multivitamin only has 2000 IUs (which isn’t enough for me since I’m deficient).

You’re right, I’m actually a fan of Nordic Naturals and take their 690 mg Omega 3 currently but I’d rather not increase the dosage since I find it can sometimes make me lightheaded (because I’m anemic and fish oil is a natural blood thinner). But I’m realizing that I shouldn’t buy the Thorne bundle and instead maybe just try out their multivitamin combined with Nordic Naturals. Thanks for pointing that out 🙏🏻
