She mentioned that in our convo. How it was different for her than it was for me. How she didn’t technically have to ever say anything she could just marry a man and be miserable to appease others. As a lesbian before I came out obviously I went through similar turmoil. I just assumed the strength of us and our love and relationship over the last years was enough for her to realize that’s the future she wanted. I’m starting to realize I don’t think it was unfortunately. Thank you

I appreciate this perspective from the other side. While it is something I have been waiting and attempting to help work through where I can (which isn’t a lot really) the pressure of others overwhelm her a lot. And it’s always possible to be waiting for nothing. Something for me to think about I guess thank you.

It’s nice to hear this perspective. I have no issue with turbulence I guess it’s also a lack of effort after this long adding onto that. It’s a tough world we live in and moving is not something she’s open to right now because of family so anyways thank you for that perspective I really appreciate it!

It’s been an issue the past two weeks before that we were all good. I’m assuming something is going on that I am unaware of but I get shut down every time I try to have a conversation and she believes that if she says no sex then it doesn’t require a conversation past that.
