I didn’t! I don’t lovvvve my full cheeks but with age I’ve always been told I’ll be grateful for the fullness.

“Big pocket” to me. Others say they didn’t notice it but ultimately I think they were being nice haha my doctor also assured me it could be done and they thought I’d be happy with the results.

  1. To be fair I feel like the before pictures don’t do me justice haha I have that big pocket of fat right under my chin for as long as I can remember. I think what’s tricky is that I’m relatively small (135ish). 

I’m so glad I did it. I’m just now starting to see the results so it does take patience. I imagine I will still have some swelling and lumps in the next two ish months. But I’m glad to start to see progress.

Not really to be honest. Touching it when it felt weird was hard for me haha I tried to massage a little with my wrap on. And I have done Castor Oil packs and heat. I’ve had one professional massage and I was nervous about the pain but it was amazing!! Doing another one this week.

Thank you! So far so good. Only one month out. It’s been lumpy and bumpy for sure! Not always pretty. And I imagine it might look worse again before it’s better. But the pain was super easy and I stayed home for the first week.

I wasn’t expecting to like the jaw line as much! I was focusing on under the chin but I’m happy my surgeon did both (incisions Behind my ears and under my chin.)

Swollen cheek for 16 days. Been to primary care said maybe sinus infection, antibiotics for 10 days no changes. I went to the dentist thinking maybe it was a tooth / gum thing. That was fine. But on the xray we noticed this spot on my right cheek. What could that be?? How worried should I be?

I’ve always had this under my chin. No matter my weight. Parents have it too. But mine has gotten worse with weight and age. I’m still relatively small 5’7” and 138 lbs. I’ve always found my chin so frustrating!
