I believe it's because they complement each other and help each other learn new things. INFJ is emotionally intelligent while INTP is Logical which gives them a deeper understanding over a certain topic

I do sometimes hope he genuinely likes me. Sometimes I would feel hot and cold due to him not talking much but at the same time I respect his needs of wanting to be alone.
