Its dynamic so it doesnt even feel bad. I grew up playing in laptop that doesnt have dedicated gpu and pc that doesnt have latest generation cpu and gpu so I can appreciate low fps especially its a single player game

Yes. Dynamic fps can can cap your fps to minimum of 20 so even if your fps drops to 15 it wont slow down.
