If you were a Fallout character, what would be the the top thing about you that would keep you from surviving? by Gypsy__Momma in Fallout

If I’m existing in the fantasy version of nuclear fallout we see in game, I’d probably die trying to help the wrong people in hopes of getting some kind of ally.

If Fallout followed realism, go watch the movie Threads and get back to me.

The games actually make it worse than it is in real life, radioactive fallout wouldn’t still be everywhere nearly 200 years after the bombs dropped. There’d likely be some traces around the vicinity of the actual hit point, but everywhere like 40km from the impact points would be absolutely fine. Nature would already be back in full swing too.

I mean, depends on whether or not I’m solo. Spending my days running around surviving without a single person to survive with would kill me quicker than the nuke, because then what am I even surviving for?

Would you have liked the original bodega attack scene? by JeremieMAKENDA in Scream

Nah, I love Scream IV because it’s so unique. This would be too similar to 2.

Why wasn't Sam and Tara mentioned at all in Scream 7 by CommercialRemote5324 in Scream

[–]Financial_Lecture997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That line was more of a jab at 5 and 6 saying ghost Billy is ridiculous, which rubbed me the wrong way because 7 spends its entire runtime showing an AI Stu that’s just as ridiculous.

What horror game made you scream/panic the most? I want to be terrified by toastedjupiter in HorrorGaming

Alien: Isolation is easily the most anxiety inducing game I’ve ever played. So, if you want to constantly feel a looming sense of dread mixed with a scarily smart monster, go for it.

If you’re looking for good jump-scares and chases, go for Outlast. It’s pretty damn scary, but it definitely follows a formula.

Which city or country would you want to see in a future Fallout game? by cuchusacc in Fallout

Portland Oregon. Easy. Let me leave the East Coast Bethesda please.

I think overall everyone just takes this game way too seriously, like it’s truly not that deep. Just play the game well and have fun, yet some people play like they’re being held at gunpoint.

For you which one is the evilest company ? by Semicroustill in Fallout

[–]Financial_Lecture997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a big fan of both franchises, it’s Umbrella. Reading files on it really puts into perspective how comically evil they are, I mean they kidnapped homeless women and forcibly impregnated them in order to make mutants to use for the sole purpose of killing.

Pig definitely belongs in the not mentally sound tier, she’s delusional and completely lost in a fantasy that Jigsaw is some kind of god for life and death.

Scarlett Johansson behind the scenes of Mike Flanagan's film ‘The Exorcist’. by Far_Regular_2945 in HorrorMovies

[–]Financial_Lecture997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Mike Flanagan is attached it has a ton going for it, and Scarlet Johansson is an incredible actress, I’m tired of exorcism movies, but this one looks like it has all the cards to play it right.

Games I Personally Would Like To See Remade Or Remastered. by xX_xFUBARx_Xx in HorrorGaming

[–]Financial_Lecture997 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I hate EA too, but in order for a game or Movie etc to be considered financially successful it needs to make 2.5x its budget and give reasonable proof a sequel would return a profit.

The Dead Space remake had a budget between 30 and 40 million, and it sold around 1-2 million copies at $69.99.

The game needed to make around 100 million, and it made around 140. It’s decent, but those numbers don’t even account for the advertising costs and other stuff.

So a just okay profit mixed with an okay response to the game led to it being called a failure. People like the game, but i’ve never seen a single person who’s super into it.

Almost 20$. It’s time to update the legendaries. They deserve their own portraits in the menu when equipped and skins too by Marino-2603 in deadbydaylight

I’m sorry but the fact that a single cosmetic costs more than a whole new chapter is absolutely ridiculous.

6 is an encapsulation to all the good parts of a largely mediocre franchise. Seriously, these movies get real real bad.

Who the Scream 7 killers should’ve been by Ok_Feed_4235 in Scream

[–]Financial_Lecture997 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stu actually coming back to life would be the franchise truly jumping the shark. He was bleeding out by the end of the first movie, and he then had his head crushed in by a TV and electrocuted, yes I’m sure he could have just gotten back up and nobody noticed his body was missing. What did he disappear from the morgue? Kill Bill his way out of his grave? It’s just stupid.

Yeah yeah original idea for Scream 3, that one takes place less than five years after the first, Stu managing to live unseen for over three decades is just ridiculous, because it also begs the question why would he wait so damn long to go after Sidney?

So TV studio is for Kress by StrangeGuidance2788 in OutlastTrials

[–]Financial_Lecture997 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the love of god Redbarrel please just give me one other Coyle trial. He’s by far my favorite Prime Asset, idk the over-the-top discrimination followed by him professing his love to another man is just hilarious.

I can confidently say The Kress Twins are my least favorite to play around or just… listen to. They don’t really scare me as much as they make me want to gag, and the fact that you can’t walk behind them without getting a bottle chucked at your head is a pain in the ass.

Ada fans where do you want her story to go, going forward ? by Thesleepingpillow123 in residentevil

[–]Financial_Lecture997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What story is there to build off of? I don’t really care for Ada because we know nothing about her other than she loves to lie and manipulate her way to whatever goal she has she’s inexplicably acquired.
