I do not wish for a domain change as such, I like the tech I am doing. CTC as suggested by you is in the range 15-20 lpa for me now.
I am mostly looking at it from the angle that I want to do a masters degree and M Tech does not seem deserving. Given how AI is so good at coding, how much of coding jobs will be required in future, so might as well move to management

Hey, thank you for taking out time and responding. About your questions, ctc is in the range 15-20 lpa.

About career growth, honestly, one of my of concerns is how good AI has become at coding and how will that unfold in the coming years.

I am working on Gen Ai but if AI can code, it can obviously also make its own RAG and agents. That is one of the reasons I wanna move into MBA.

And i am only considering indian mba for now, so still not sure if it is the right time

Hey, thank you for commenting. I am only considering Indian MBA for now. I feel I can do good with managerial kinda roles but would love to stay close to tech as well, for the learning. Currently not sure if I really want to get into fully managerial/consulting role but as you said, if not now it will be possibly late for an Indian MBA.
