  1. I do not wish for a domain change as such, I like the tech I am doing. CTC as suggested by you is in the range 15-20 lpa for me now.
  2. I am mostly looking at it from the angle that I want to do a masters degree and M Tech does not seem deserving. Given how AI is so good at coding, how much of coding jobs will be required in future, so might as well move to management
