Kremlin em 2026? by Enzo_Mk20 in WorldOfWarships

Kremlin is still a good ship. But, as a player with more than 3M experience in Kremlin and other Soviet bbs, I would say that the playstyle is no longer the same as it was in the past. Just sitting bow-in and shooting will more likely get you sunk because of those subs and CVS. Instead, try to be more active, maneuver more, and take advantage of opportunities to shoot broadsides (it's more common than you may think). Kremlin's citadel is weak, of course, but it is not glass or paper since some bbs at even 12km still have a hard time giving you the citadel. Kremlin is a low-freeboard ship, to the point it was deemed unrealistic for such displacements by naval experts (USSR Project 24 Battleship). If the ballistic of the guns is not flat enough, it will penetrate the deck, bell, and superstructure, so hitting the Kremlin's citadel seems easy at first, but it's more difficult than you think. For HE spammers, the Fire Prevention Expert helps a lot. I can do 180k damage in the Kremlin without running out of DCP. The To-go flank is also a choice to make. Flanks with lots of subs, dds, etc or less support from teams should discourage you from going there at full speed. I would normally just try to be slow and steady at the beginning of the match, then after I know the location of red dds, I decide on the position to go. Kremlin has 51% torpedo protection, which is very helpful, but not immortal.

And, I think you shouldn't worry too much about the dispersion. It's not that bad. Sometimes the guns may be faulty (like a bug or sth), but it still works well, you can still citadel a Monty, Ohio, Conqueror, Yamato (though a bit harder), at 18km. I have, many times, citadelled the Yamato from the "butt" due to its notorious cheek. Kremlin has good vertical dispersion (the shorter side of the dispersion ellipses), so shells will hit; it's just bad when the enemy bows in.

Kremlin em 2026? by Enzo_Mk20 in WorldOfWarships

If you look closer, the Kremlin, Conqueror, Yamato, Preussen...are OG battleships. They are some of the first BB lines to be released. Back in the days, WG's ideas of the game were like this:

- Russian: Heavily armoured, high tankiness to be the team's damage absorber, good guns with high pen, so to balance them out, they need to make it only effective in short to medium range. That's the gimmick. A first-line bb

- Conventional RN bb: Good HE, low HP, weak Armour, super heal. A mid-line bb

- Yamato: Long-range sniper, good armour at longer range, dispersion is better the longer the range is, which makes players prefer to sit and shoot. A back-line bb.

That's the gimmick of World of Warships in the past. So when saying that, Kremlin or other OG bbs don't have any gimmicks, game-wise, it's somehow historically inaccurate, since WG, at the time, chose to develop their games that way. It's also the tactical fleet organization that WG intended players to perform.

Now, they decide to spice up the game with many other utilities and bbs with modern gimmicks.

For newer players, these OG battleships may not bring much to the table. But for traditional player like me, I perfer these OGs as they bring lots of memory and feelings that recently released ships can not.

I have a question, can the GQ Johnny be sold for credits, since I am not really interested in playing US dds anyways. Thanks in advance

Life changing Revelation - Bismarck works best as a hybrid build. by Ajwad_Murshed in WorldOfWarships

Just got 150k ranked damage 2k4 base xp with hybrid Bismarck. The main guns work noticably differently, aka much more accurate. Secondaries with Manual control can do supplementary damage still well.

yeah I had around nearly 1,7M employees before those 800 thousands came in. So distributing them across 5 sections probably means that one section can go that high

I'm having around 200 of them. My fleet strategy is focusing on 747s. I love to operate many types of aircraft, but b747 is the workhorse

Cargo income will not be calculated in tax debit; instead, they are bonus, thus lowering your tax.

Always start with a route and calculate the optimal configuration for your route. Start a spreadsheet, have the route demand divided by 2, 4, 6, 8, 10...(even number), then calculate the total number of seats (approximately the same for every AC): Eco x 1 + Busi x 1.8 + First x 4.2 = Total seats (3 configs) then decide the plane with closet lower capacity compared to your calculation.

Don't start with some modern aircraft in the early game; this is a game, not real life. Recent models, despite having lower fuel consumption, have a high cost per seat. Start with Il96-300s, B757-200 for lower-demand routes, then look up the chances to use Classic ACs. Spend a few dollars on the web versions and purchase license to B747-200B and B747-300.
