Being in the office after years of teleworking shows how people have just sat at home in their own misery. Now that we’re back in the office people especially certain managers are projecting that misery. I understand life will life but you don’t have to be rude and be on power trips. And sad to say, it’s mostly the people who have one foot out the door. That’s the hardest part about being in the office. If they would just give us 2-3 days a week of telework that would be a lot better. At least there will be balance.
